How to make

Caribbean Cocoa Tea
traditional
A Caribbean specialty, cocoa tea is a unique blend of ground cocoa beans and spices brewed with milk and sugar. It does not actually contain tea, but is a soothing, antioxidant-rich beverage full of the flavors of the Caribbean.

Methods of preparation vary throughout the islands. In Grenada, people often boil the tea balls with additional spices—like nutmeg, bay leaf, and cinnamon— and add condensed milk.
