High in cocoa butter and rich in cocoa flavor, Jouvay Chocolate makes delicious iced and hot chocolate drinks! With only 3 main ingredients—cocoa, cocoa butter, and sugar—our ground chocolate is free of additives and emulsifiers and full of the complex flavors Grenadian cocoa is known for.


Simply heat with a milk of your choice, stir thoroughly, and serve hot, or pour over a big glass of ice. Add a shot of espresso to make a delicious mocha!


Available in milk, dark, and peppermint.

Dark: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, cane sugar

Milk: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk powder, vanilla

Peppermint: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, cane sugar, pure peppermint oil

Drinking Chocolate (1 lb.)

  • Preparing Hot Chocolate 

    Scoop 1/3 cup of ground chocolate into a mug

    Bring 3/4 cup milk to a simmer

    Pour 1/4 of the simmering milk into the mug and stir thoroughly until the chocolate is silky and smooth

    Slowly pour in the remaining hot milk while stirring the mixture

    Preparing Iced Chocolate

    Bring 1/3 cup of milk to a simmer

    Scoop 1/3 cup of chocolate into the simmering milk and whisk thoroughly until chocolate is silky and smooth

    Stir into a glass filled with lots of ice and 1/2 cup of cold milk

    Chocolate Sauce

    Mix 1/2 cup of chocolate with 4 tablespoons of milk and microwave for approx. 20 seconds. Stir thoroughly and microwave for 20 more seconds. Enjoy over ice cream, fresh fruit, or pound cake.
