Cocoa butter, the naturally ocurring fat content from the cocoa bean, is used for cooking and baking as well as for skin care. Known for its antinflammatory and antioxident  effects,  these 2-1/2" rounds are perfect for baking and cosmetic use. 
 
Grenadian cocoa butter is known for being some of the finest in the world. To preserve its golden color and rich aroma, we do not deodorize our cocoa butter.
