At Jouvay, we make our chocolate bark by mixing roasted nuts with silky, tempered chocolate, which we then spread thin into large sheets before garnishing with dried fruits, flowers, and cocoa nibs.
Once cooled, we break the chocolate bark into smaller pieces, package it in a beautiful box and send to you!
Bark is one of our favorite ways to eat chocolate. It's easy to share, to present as a gift, or spread on a platter to accompany you to your next dinner party.

- Limited edition: Roasted pistachios enrobed in dark chocolate, garnished with sweet cherries, cocoa nibs & dried rose
- Roasted almonds enrobed in dark chocolate, garnished with sea salt & brilliant flower petals
- Roasted pecans enrobed in dark chocolate, garnished with orange peel, cocoa nibs & dried rose petals
- MILK
- Roasted almonds enrobed in milk chocolate, garnished with mulberries, cocoa nibs & brilliant flower petals
- Roasted pecans enrobed in milk chocolate, garnished with sweet cherries, cocoa nibs & dried rose petals
