Jouvay cocoa powder is natural (non-alkalized), made from Grenadian cocoa beans at the Diamond Chocolate Factory in Grenada.
 
Full of antioxidants and free of sugar, cocoa powder is great for baking and making delicious beverages. 
 
Cocoa powder is the solids that remain after most of the fat (cocoa butter) has been pressed from cocoa beans. At Jouvay, we do not chemically treat our cocoa with an alkali solution, such as potassium carbonate. The result is a product free of chemicals, lighter in color, and richer in cocoa flavor.
