Our 80% chocoalte is smooth and well-rounded in flavor due to the quality of Grenadian cocoa we use; the time and temperatures of our roasting process; and the relatively high amount of cocoa butter we incorporate in the chocolate-making process.
Chocolate with a higher cocoa content means it contains less added sugar and a more concentrated amount of antioxidants naturally occurring in cocoa, such as polyphenols and flavonoids, which are known to boost the immune system and support heart health.
