Our single-source chocolate bars are carefully crafted from three ingredients: Grenadian cocoa beans; Grenadian cocoa butter, and sugar.
Our higher cocoa content chocolate is smooth and well-rounded in flavor due to the quality of Grenadian cocoa we use; the time and temperatures of our roasting process; and the relatively high amount of cocoa butter we incorporate in the chocolate-making process.
